I just had a great discussion w/ Don the owner who walked me through the various Carrier Infinity options and rather than pushing me to replace asap, he recommended waiting for April as Carrier normally has a "Cool" rebate when you purchase both a furnace and AC unit. He took the time to explain the benefits of each unit. So I can't comment on the work yet (as I'm waiting for April), but the initial contact was great and informative.

Don and employees were able to help me out in an emergency for which I shall be forever grateful. My furnace died just before leaving the province and they immediately took control, in time installing a new furnace. It meant I made my flight and had a wonderful Christmas with family. Everything possible was done to send me on my way and done in a most professional manner. I highly recommend Don and his employees! Thank you, again.
